French Post Office in Jaffa; postmark 309
This postmark is only known used as a transit or receiving mark. Usually it is blurred (as here).
In this example, on an incoming postal stationery card, there is a faint reversed version on the
other side of the card. Presumably postal items were piled on top of one another, which
may account for the blurring.
